GOLD RULE! : NEVER BUY AN ITEM TWICE

1-I’ve  bought an item in Marketplace but I didn’t received it in world?

* Were you busy or away in world? If yes check your trash bin or the sale is lost, it happens sometimes. I usually send the outfit if the transaction is ok , so send me a notecard with your name !

*Sometimes due to the lag or to any ohter reason sales are pending, when they are it’s for me and for you, your money is taken and blocked in xtreet we have to wait for the transaction to  abort or succeed.

2-I’ve bought an item in world but I didn’t  received it.

* Thanks to the lag when this happen, though check careffully your transaction history, if the money have been taken from you, send me a notecard with your name, the name of the item and the color you bought for me to send it to you.
